Introducing Ford Co-Pilot360 — an advanced suite of standard driver-assist technologies that includes BLIS (Blind Spot Information System) with Cross-Traffic Alert, Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, Auto High-Beam Headlamps, Lane-Keeping System and Rear View Camera. Ford Escape also makes additional technology available that is designed to help keep you in command, from the driveway to the highway.

emergency braking

Pre-Collision Assist With Automatic Emergency Braking

This standard feature scans the road ahead and can help alert you to potential collisions with vehicles or pedestrians detected in your path. If an impact is imminent and you don’t take corrective action, the brakes can apply automatically. But don’t worry — they’ll only activate if they’re needed.

BLIS (Blind Spot Information System) With Cross-Traffic Alert

This standard feature can help detect and alert you to vehicles in your blind spot, while Cross-Traffic Alert can detect traffic behind you when you’re slowly backing out of a parking space or driveway.

Blind Spot Information System
Active Park Assist

Available Active Park Assist 2.0

Available Active Park Assist 2.0 is parking made easy — even in tight parallel or reverse perpendicular spots. When engaged, it can help locate a potential spot. Then all you have to do is brake to a complete stop, shift into Neutral and hold down the Active Park Assist button — your vehicle does the rest.

Available Adaptive Cruise Control With Stop-and-Go and Lane Centering

This available feature slows down your vehicle if the traffic ahead has stopped or slowed. When things clear, you’ll resume your set speed. The Lane Centering feature scans lane markings to help keep your vehicle centred between the lines.

Adaptive Cruise Control
Rear View Camera

Rear View Camera

The standard Rear View Camera provides a great view of what’s behind your vehicle. Just make sure to keep the camera lens free of debris (like snow or dust) and you can navigate your vehicle in Reverse with confidence.

Available Evasive Steering Assist

This available feature can help make it easier to avoid a potential collision. It doesn’t steer for you, but it can provide extra steering support if the system warning goes off and you need to manoeuvre around the vehicle ahead.

Available Evasive Steering Assist
Lane Keeping System

Lane Keeping System

The standard Lane-Keeping System can help you stay in your lane, even during a moment of distraction. This feature scans your vehicle’s position between the lines in the road ahead and can alert you if you’re starting to edge out of your lane.

Available Voice-Activated 8” Touchscreen Navigation System With SiriusXM Traffic and Travel Link

This available feature adds pinch-to-zoom capability that can help you stay confidently on course.

SiriusXM
Auto High-Beam Headlamps

Auto High-Beam Headlamps

Standard Auto High-Beam Headlamps can sense poor lighting conditions and switch on to light your path ahead. They can even sense oncoming headlights and dim automatically, so you don’t have to worry about blinding other drivers.
